Grand Master Bobby Fischer has been found in Japan and will shortly be en route to the United States.
 
I actually learned how to play chess from his drill book, which I guess was put out sometime in the 1970s after he beat Spassky in 1972 (which apparently was re-released after he beat Spassky again).  Anyway, I read it over and over again in the 1980s and got pretty good, but never took the game seriously.

Unfortunately, the guy has gone wacko.  An unbelievably talented chess player, Mr. Fischer has seen more stable days.   It's a shame.  His tirade against the US after 9/11 was the final straw for me.
