Eddie George has asked for his release from the Titans.
 
The Atlanta Braves are in first place in the National League East for the first time this year.  Winning 16 of 20 will do that for you.
 
Oh well - I had already prepped myself for Eddie's departure.  It was only a matter of time.  He just isn't the back he used to be, and can't justify the amount he wants.
