I go to the State of Tennessee's website quite a bit. The online services Tennessee makes available are some of the best in the country. However, to get to anything but the Governor's page, you have to click on "Departments and Agencies". It seems wrong that the judicial and legislative branches are considered "departments and agencies" - they are co-equal and ought to be treated as such. It's been this way since Sundquist, but still irks me.

Now, onto the Administrative Office of the Courts page...
