Secretary Rumsfeld has an article appearing across the country today. He is emphatically stating that there will be no draft. I know this can't counter the honest and well-intentioned fake draft notices sent out by the "non-partisan" Rock the Vote folks at MTV. Who would want to hear about the draft from the head of the Pentagon and the Defense Department when Paris Hilton and Leonardo DiCaprio want your attention to share their undoubtedly educated views on current events?
