The Tennessean just got around to reporting that the Bankruptcy Court now requires electronic filing. I know some of my more experienced peers will throw tomato peels in my general direction as I say this, but I think it's time we require electronic filing across the board, both in federal and state courts.

It would save time and money, and that's reason enough for me.
