All this time, I thought it was the mishmash of Hate America groups marching about at various venues around the country whose speech was being suppressed. But then I noticed they were actually marching, and shouting, and no one was doing anything to stop them. Sure, we mock, them, but that's only natural.

But then there's 14 year old Ellen Sonifrank, who's opinion on abortion is about to result in a federal suit on Tinker v. Des Moines grounds.
